This process is ideal for clients who have a strong sense of their style and design preferences, and simply need the technical expertise of a fashion house to bring their vision to life.
This process is quicker and more direct, focusing purely on the craftsmanship needed to transform the design into reality.

 

1. Design Submission:
  • Client’s Vision: The client comes in with a clear vision of what she wants. This could be a design you have created or found through inspiration—such as images, detailed sketches, or even mood boards.
  • Submission of Details: Along with the design, you provide all relevant details, such as fabric preferences, color choices, and any specific instructions on features like cuts, embroidery, or embellishments. This becomes the blueprint for the entire process.


2. Fabric and Material Selection:
  • Client’s Fabric: If you have already chosen and purchased the fabric, this step is straightforward. We work with the fabric provided, ensuring that it aligns with the design.
  • Fabric Selection: if you do not have your fabric, we select materials that will enhance the design and ensure the desired fit and finish. This may involve sourcing premium fabrics that match the design’s intended look and feel. (we will not use fabrics you do not approve).

 

3. Measurements and Specifications:
  • Accurate Measurements: we will take your detailed measurements to ensure that the garment is tailored to fit you perfectly. This step is critical, as the design will be crafted to your exact dimensions. (physical/virtual)
  • Custom Fit: The process includes options for customizing the fit—whether the client prefers a looser or more structured silhouette, this will be accounted for when creating the pattern.


4. Craftsmanship and Design Execution:
  • Pattern Making: we create a pattern based on your measurements and design. This pattern is a template for cutting the fabric and assembling the garment.
  • Garment Construction: The garment is carefully constructed by skilled artisans who bring your design to life, under the supervision of the CEO. Every detail, from stitching to embellishments, is executed with precision to ensure the final product matches your design’s specifications.
Attention to Detail: Throughout the process, there is a strong focus on craftsmanship. Whether it’s hand-sewn details, embroidery, or delicate finishing touches, the artisans ensure the garment reflects high-quality workmanship.


5. Fittings and Adjustments:
First Fitting: Once the initial construction is complete, you will come in for fitting. This allows us to assess the fit and make any necessary adjustments to ensure comfort and style.
Adjustments: During fittings, adjustments may be made to tweak the fit, adjust lengths, or refine the silhouette. This stage is essential for ensuring that the garment fits perfectly and achieves your vision.
Multiple Fittings: Depending on the complexity of the design, multiple fittings may be required to fine-tune the garment and ensure every detail is just right.


6. Final Fitting and Delivery:
Final Check: A final fitting ensures that the garment is flawless, fitting perfectly and aligning with the design specifications. Any last-minute tweaks are made at this stage.
Completion: Once you are satisfied with the fit and look, the garment is finalized, pressed, and packaged for delivery. The finished piece is a unique creation tailored to your design and measurements.

Our company is dedicated to creating unique designs for each client. The first design created for a client is considered an original and exclusive to that client. While this original design may serve as inspiration for future orders, any subsequent recreations will be modified to meet the specific needs and preferences of each new client. This ensures that every client receives a personalized design experience.

2. Design Modifications
While we strive to align with your vision, please be aware that recreations of an original design will include variations or tweaks to ensure that the design is uniquely tailored to you. Our team of skilled professionals will collaborate with you to ensure that any modifications reflect your preferences.

3. Finality of Design After Payment
Once payment has been made, the design is considered final. No further changes or alterations will be accepted. We encourage you to review and confirm all design details before payment deposit.

4. Accuracy of Measurements
It is essential that the measurements you provide are accurate, as these will be used to tailor your outfit. We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the client.
